It's certainly an achievement. Although you'd think they'd come up with a good replacement for a helmet if it's so common . . .
What other side-effects does that radiation give you?

Helmets work just fine. No one who needs a handicap should be space diving.
Usually just atypical reactions to medications.

Allergic ones? If my CMO wakes up you can drill him, he hates me. He's also my best friend, so it works out pretty well.
