The door's unlocked. The lights are off, but that's simply because the university's forgotten July is unbearable and haven't gotten around to air conditioning the physics department.

[ It doesn't take too long for him to get there. Less than two hours, which is a shocker for this Noctis Caelum, who's usually "fashionably late" to most things.

Noctis makes his way to Rosalind's office, backpack slung over his shoulder filled with tech. He notices rather quickly that it's pretty warm in the building. So... This is likely gonna be uncomfortable, but business is business.

(His father is actually pretty stoked. Can't back out now.)

He knocks. Even if he'd been told the door is unlocked, he just can't justify being rude and barging in. ]

[She smiles faintly when he opens the door. There's a second chair pulled up behind her desk, and it's there she means for him to sit.]

[ Noctis steps in, polite and quiet as ever. He gently places his bag of supplies down on the nearby chair, smiling meekly at Rosalind. ]
