[ How had Rhys gotten to her first? She supposes since Jack wanted to make Rhys the 'face' of his new company, he must have filled him in on who he was looking to partner with. Still, that's a pretty bold (and dangerous) move on Rhys's part, approaching Rosalind outright to warn her of Jack.

The much more concerning part of the message is the second part. "Angie" would be one thing, Rhys could have brought her up (she wishes he wouldn't) but "Angel" can only mean Jack has talked about her directly. In the end it doesn't really matter who said what, though. The problem is that Rosalind has heard both names and made a connection, both that it's the same person, and that person is not a staunch ally of Jack.

She debates her next move, both options pose so much risk: either come clean and plead with Rosalind not to let Jack know, or try to play this out. ]

This is a third party, I don't know about anyone else or their positions with regards to Handsome Jack.

Yes. And the less I say about myself, the better.

He's a ticking time bomb of homicidal urges.

Those should be reasons enough, shouldn't they? But I will add he's also a genocidal megalomaniac who will dispose of you once he has expended you. Though being of value to him may be worse.

I simply implore you to take extreme caution when dealing with him. Never show him your entire hand, do not let him advance a state that cannot be mitigated before it is too late. Do not let him claw his way into a position of power using your partnership as a means to get there.
